Nearly anything for children or adults: clothing, shoes, coats, toys, DVDs, video games, furniture, baby supplies/equipment, strollers, bikes, etc.

Begin preparing your items (cleaning, pinning sets together, bagging items with multiple pieces, etc).

Yes. Sale set-up is Friday, October 20 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM. You will arrive with your items and use our side entrance by the ECEC that leads to Eden Hall (our cafeteria).
You will be responsible for setting out your own items. For most consignors, this takes 45 to 60 minutes.
Rockwern Academy staff and PTO will be available to assist you in getting your items displayed in the correct area.
Mark any bins/boxes/totes with your consignor number (which will be shared with you via email).

Any unsold items can be donated to an organization rather than being returned to you. There is a line to indicate this preference on your tag.

No! You are welcome to drop your items off on Friday, October 20 between 1 - 4 PM at Eden Hall. You do not need to be present at the sale as a consignor in order to participate.
Fall Festival Activity Tickets
While you’re at the festival, join in all of the fun activities! Purchase pumpkins, play mini golf, take train rides, and grab a festive balloon.
Ticketing Details:
Individual Tickets/Activities: $1 per ticket.
Balloon = 2 tickets
Pumpkin = 2 tickets
Mini golf = 3 tickets
Train ride = 5 tickets
Fall Festival Ticket Bundle: $20 and includes unlimited train rides, one balloon, one pumpkin, and one mini golf round.
